But it was the delivery part that they needed help with. See, to send HTML email properly, you have to set up a server to deliver in "Multipart-Alternative MIME format," then track bounces with "VERPs" and other geeky stuff like that (we'll go over that soon). So we built a simple little tool where they could log in, copy paste their customer list,copy paste their email code, and hit "send."
