Anti-SPAM at euro.message
Users of euro.message services need to document for their potential
customers or purchasers, who
have only registered for an email list to receive e-mails from our
customer, that they are going to be using our software. It is strictly
forbidden for our customers to send unrequested commercial e-mails
(spam) over the
euro.message system. euro.message never buys nor
sells e-mail lists. Furthermore, it is strictly not allowed for
customers to use
purchased or otherwise obtained e-mail lists on euro.message (as is
explained below in detail...)
In addition, in order to decrease spam and to prevent abuse, and as an extra option for their customers, euro.message provides tools which state that the membership has been approved. Moreover, euro.message sends an automated message from the system to each recipient on the list, from whom the membership approval has been obtained, so that these recipients can confirm once again whether they would like to receive emails. At the end of this process, only those customers who have given a positive authorization can appear on the mailing lists, to which mailings will be sent by the euro.message system in the future.
In case of abuse of the anti-spam contract, our customers must obtain approval from the recipients once again or stop sending e-mails to an existing list. If the abuse is repeated or if any situation arises which would contradict our contract, then the customer will be denied further access to the euro.message system.
Member Approval
Our customers must accept that they will not be able to send
unrequested e-mails over our system. In order to ensure this does not
happen, our customers are liable to provide us all information
related to the e-mail address lists registered on the euro.message
system. This includes all information
related to mailing which has been used during the period of membership,
including how they have acquired the e-mail addresses, the methods
which
are used for the purchasers to become members, and all other details
included in this process. This information needs to include the date and
time of the membership, the IP addresses of those who have registered,
the website where purchasers registered as a member, and the information
which the
customer requested from the purchasers at the time of registering as a
member.
Furthermore, our customers must document that they are not using e-mail
address lists which have been rented or purchased, being interpolated
later on
or other than authorized registry. It is forbidden to send e-mails to
recipients who have terminated their membership over our system. It is
obligatory for our customers to adhere to the privacy contract, and
the laws in
force.
How do we protect your privacy?
We take strict preventive measures in order to avoid the misuse, loss, or revision of data on our system. In general, our employees do not have access to your data. Only company partners and system administrators can access the data and each transaction effectuated with the data is recorded. You can be certain that all of your e-mail addresses are kept in a secure and private environment for you and never used for other purposes.
Why are you receiving e-mails from our system?
You will only receive mails from our system if you have registered to receive e-mails or if you are on a list which our customer has provided. Our customers must have documented that all e-mail addresses on our system have been composed only of recipient names who have given permission for messages to be sent to them. As we have stated above, euro.message will never allow our customers to send unwanted e-mails or spam from our system and we take all possible measures to prevent this. If you receive a message and you are not able to identify the sender, please refer to the next section to report this as spam.
Reporting an unwanted e-mail as spam
If you do not know the sender of the message which has been sent to you using the euro.message service, please send a message to Spam_Complain@euromsg.com, and report it as spam. You can be certain that we evaluate all complaints; we research them, segmenting them into subtitles and act according to the case. You may also use the "report as spam" mechanism offered by your own e-mail server (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo) in order to warn the ISP that the message is spam. In such cases, the ISPs review the information you have sent and separate the good senders from the bad ones. Companies such as ours, with proven credibility, regularly work with ISPs to prevent spam. As an alternative, you may also contact creators of spam blacklists or anti-spam groups to discuss the solution to your problem and inform the service providers about this issue. We work with anti-spam groups to resolve issues in a satisfactory way.
How do you leave an e-mail list?
Within each message sent from euro.message system, there is a link which allows the recipient to withdraw from membership if they do not wish to receive further emails. In other words, each e-mail contains a simple and automatic solution. It is also possible to change your areas of interest in the e-mails sent from euro.message. If you would like to terminate your membership or change your areas of interest, please follow the instructions which are either at the top or bottom of each e-mail. If you receive an unwanted e-mail from the euro.message system, there is information at the top of the e-mail as to what should be done to resolve this situation and additional information about reporting the issue.
